Paityn Noe, a senior at Ballard Community High in Iowa, took 10th place in the girls championship race at Nike Cross Nationals at Glendoveer Golf Course in Oregon. Noe covered the 5-kilometer layout in 17:25.9 to become the first Iowa female athlete to earn All-America honors since 2009.
